In the Universal Classroom, this asks: How are you ensuring that your actions today are balanced and fair to those around you? If your foundation (Knowledge) is correct, the resulting Justice will bring peace to your Cipher. The 10th letter of the Supreme Alphabet is J, which stands for Justice. Justice is the reward or penalty for one's actions. It is also "Just-Ice," meaning to be "just" or "righteous" even in cold or harsh conditions. It represents the balance of the scale—bringing things back to Equality. In the Student Enrollment (the first of the 120 Lessons), the 10th degree defines a specific group of people: "The 10% are the rich; the slave-makers of the poor; who teach the poor lies—to believe that the Almighty True and Living God is a spook and cannot be seen by the sunlight eye! At the same time, they use the poor for their own self-interest."

Build is to accentuate the positive. Destroy means eliminate the negative. At it's baseline Warriors choosing this path are countering a campaign of narcissism at it's finest levels, if we deduct ALL religions, politics, and spirituality. This is still the thing which causes us to Build/Destroy.
