Sacsahuamán
The circular structure at Sacsahuamán, often referred to as the Torreón or Muyuq Marka, occupies the highest and most commanding point of the complex overlooking Cusco. Built from massive limestone blocks cut and joined with extraordinary precision, its circular form sets it apart from the surrounding zigzag walls and terraces.
