“Men will always be mad, and those who think they can cure them are the maddest of all… but the truth remains the truth even when no one believes it.” Voltaire
!st... truth is subjective, so begin by recognizing that "truth" isn't a monolithic block but a mosaic. i.e. historical events might have objective facts like dates and people, but their interpretations -why they happened, their moral weight—shift based on personal perspectives. So always assume biases or alternatives to truth. 2nd Use critical thinking to question sources, seek diverse viewpoints (even with white papers from credible journals), and weigh evidence against your own intuition. 3rd Build and cultivate techniques for honing your intuition to tune into what is true to you. I often find myself feeling my to the truth of a situation by leaning in on my own. Finally, truth is not a final point, it is a path (my apologies if it sounds like rhetoric but it isn't) Be open to what is true now not being the truth tomorrow. It should be an ongoing conversation that is open to multiple counterpoints, white still filtering it with your own self awareness.... Truth should be an inner awareness.
