A surprising number of leaders chase success without ever defining what success actually looks like.
They want a better business.
A better team.
More freedom.
More money.
Better than what?
If you cannot define the destination, don't be surprised when your team keeps asking for directions.
So here's today's question.
If I followed you around for one week, would I know exactly what success looks like to you, or would I have to guess?
