Here's what I'm MOST excited about for the Rainbow Games

The Rainbow Games pump me up BIG TIME.
I missed having this much fire in my belly.
It is THIS motivation that the CEO of Skool (Sam Ovens) says is essential to business.
But he doesn't say motivation.
He says LOVE wins.
What does he mean?
~
When you love something, you will do anything for it.
So when you love your work, you will never quit.
Because even the bottom 10% days (which will happen by pure definition) don't defeat you.
There's a satisfaction that comes from crushing a challenge.
And that is what keeps you going.
~
So how do the Rainbow Games rule at creating LOVE in business?
Because it's fun.
And fun is contagious.
And since we psychologically begin to die if we are stressed & alone..
We NEED to have fun!
And when we do it with others, it spreads.
And we become the best versions of us.
Me + You = Me 2.0 & You 2.0
We all win when we love.

1) Write down everything I'm learning and how I'm making it fun
2) Share it ALL here
3) Help my teammates have fun
4) Stay focused on my funnest, bestest, most fantabulous tasks every day
