As an Osteopathic Manual Therapist, I’m asked most frequently “What can I do between sessions?”
So I made the UnDesk Yourself Mobility Reset.
I noticed what so many of us (myself included) are missing.
The truth is good posture, proper form and corrective exercises are fallacies.
It’s not just about getting the body moving- it’s building movement literacy. Exploring directions of motion outside what we are limited to in our 9-5. This encourages coordination while providing a novel stimulus to multiple systems of the body. This promotes health and a vibrant, resilient frame.
I want to share the success of my learning with you. This communities goal is to help those of you stuck sitting, standing, aching, and feeling stagnated from being able to move with real freedom.
Find mobility routines divided between hips, shoulders and spine in the classroom. New material will be added weekly along with Q & A's and tips for getting more out of our efforts and recovery.
