Deal you can follow in Gastonia - A Charlotte Metro Suburb

This deal is subplot. We will take a corner lot that had a house on it. We have demoed the house and will place a duet(2 unit townhome) on the lot. We are going from a lot with 1 unit to a total of 2 units.

Thus far we have demoed the house and engaged the surveyor to complete subplot for 2 unit town. Next we will complete addressing and then we can plan construction. In the catalyst group there are opportunities to be added to theses deals with your LLC to gain valuable experience for your first solo project!
