We will do zoning and density first and work our way down the list!
What you should expect and welcome
What you should truly expect is for this journey to be difficult. It will be difficult because you are unfamiliar with what you are doing. You will be forced to figure things out. You however are not alone, someone has done it before you and once you have conquered a task it will never be as difficult again. That being the case you need to seek the difficult because at the end of the difficulty comes the knowledge you need to move forward. I am still challenged by things that are new to me. I am still learning.
