Day 4 of my 30 challenge to "Beat" my inhaler was pretty tough...but I did it!

I'm trying different things to build up my lung capacity so I can hopefully not need to use my inhaler...as much. I have exercise induced asthma but for the last two months, I've needed to use my inhaler more often than right before I workout...even though I do CrossFit 3x per week.
This run was a STRUGGLE! My legs hurt. My toes hurt. My stomach was tight. And I could hardly breathe. It was towards the end of the day and my Dopamine levels were very low. Mentally, this was a challenge for me. I didn't have much left in my mental tank. Luckily, my son joined me on his bike and helped keep me going!
