Lizzy Christian was born and raised in Santa Monica, CA. She graduated as valedictorian from St. Monica High School and earned her B.A. in Communication Studies from UCLA, graduating cum laude, with a specialization in Computing and a minor in Environmental Studies. Lizzy currently works for UCLA Health as an HR software consultant and brings 10 years of experience in the tech industry, including roles with the City of Santa Monica and Cornerstone OnDemand. Her strengths include project management, process improvement, and a passion for learning. Aaron Holmes grew up in Simi Valley, CA and studied Electrical Engineering in Bremerton, WA before beginning his career in Ann Arbor, MI. He has over 20 years of experience as a software engineer, specializing in web and cloud application development. Aaron previously served as a Principal Engineer at Cornerstone OnDemand and later worked at UCLA Health training engineers and researchers in software development and project management. Lizzy and Aaron met as colleagues in 2016 and share a love of creativity, community involvement, and lifelong learning.
