Mike has 30 years of experience in business management, sales, marketing and business development. He spent 7 years living in the UK and managing a subsidiary company, during which time this sub became the European HQ and the International distribution hub. From 2007 onwards, his career has been focused on International sales management within the eyewear industry. Jenn has 25 years of experience in the eyewear industry, working in product development, marketing, licensing, and sales management. Jenn currently works with a large assortment of Brands, such as GUESS, Tom Ford, Christian Louboutin, Abercrombie and Fitch, Harley-Davidson, Timberland, and many others. Southern Steer capped off a record-breaking year in 2025 and franchisee interest has not slowed down. Southern Steer has expanded their infrastructure significantly, adding equipment suppliers and vendors along with rolling out membership offerings. Southern Steer is dominating 2026 strong!

We’re excited to announce that Patrick Arias is the new owner of Big Frog Custom T-Shirts & More of Pasadena! Patrick grew up in San Bernardino, CA and earned his Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from California State University, San Bernardino. He went on to build a 26-year career with Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits, the nation’s largest wine and spirits distributor. Most recently, he served as Director of Retail Sales for Southern California, leading a team of 68 and overseeing $100M in annual revenue. His background reflects strong sales leadership, operational oversight, and team development at scale.  Today, Patrick lives in Altadena with his wife of 19 years, Linett, and their two children. He maintains strong ties to the La Cañada and Pasadena communities through church, youth sports, and local schools. Please join us in welcoming Patrick to the Big Frog family!

76 Fence awards the East Ohio Regional Developer (RD) + 4 Primary Territories- this large placement led to a referral fee of over $161,000. Dominic has a robust career as a regional accredited Podiatrist and lower-leg surgeon. While reaching profound heights as a doctor, he recognized early on that the path to true wealth was through business ownership. He decided he was ready to move on from the medical day-to-day and will use a GM to run his business from the beginning (trained by 76 Fence Corporate) while he transitions away. The RD model allows for him to build his own 76 Fence business, in his case with 4 owned units (1.2 million population in his territories total), while also building the entire region of East Ohio. He acts as a coach and mentor for these future primary Franchisees, helping to expedite their onboarding as well as guide them through training and operating their business. With the role, he collects royalties from these Franchisees, almost like a miniature Franchisor.
