We are SO excited to welcome Mike Becker into the Southern Steer family. Southern Steers footprint continues to grow and is now expanding again into the North Tampa, FL market.
With high demand and strong financial potential plus the brand emphasis on Community Involvement through programs like Project 52, our food donation program, our newest franchise partner knew Southern Steer was a great opportunity to make a community impact.
Southern Steer now has over 30+ territories awarded and 13 open with more opening this quarter. Southern Steer continues to be a favorite franchise for both owner-operators and executive owners who see the value in the innovative technology and operational efficiencies provided by the robust franchisor team.
Mike is an accomplished Sr. Vice President with over 20 years of sales experience with a deep focus on Higher Education, Contact Center Management, Compliance Management, Training and Performance Management. Mike is a dynamic leader who has built organizations and teams through his humility, his strong work ethic, and his genuine care for people.
Mike enjoys a challenge and accomplishes anything he puts his mind too. Through Mike’s extensive experience in the Hire Education Sector, he has a unique ability to uncover hidden talents of his employees, future employees, and future candidates. Mike understands the importance of driving expectations and delivering high end results.
Southern Steer capped off a record-breaking year in 2025 and franchisee interest has not slowed down. Southern Steer has expanded their infrastructure significantly, adding equipment suppliers and vendors along with rolling out membership offerings. Southern Steer is dominating 2026 strong!
