Sourdough & Co. continues its growth in Cherry Hill, New Jersey with a new franchisees, Kishore and Priya Palle. They bring decades of leadership experience in technology and digital transformation and are excited to build a business centered around quality, community, and operational excellence.
Kishore brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in technology and digital transformation across global financial services. Throughout his career, he has led enterprise-scale initiatives in cloud, data, and AI while managing global teams and overseeing programs valued at more than $200 million dollar. He holds a Master’s in Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and is known for combining strategic vision with strong operational execution.
Together, Kishore and Priya are excited to bring that same leadership mindset into franchising while building a business rooted in quality, consistency, and community engagement.
