Meet Samantha Neville - Big Frog Custom T-Shirts & More of Clarksburg, MD
Originally from the Washington, DC area, Samantha earned her degree in Communication from the University of Maryland, College Park and began her career with an internship at the NIH (NIMH), helping spark her path into healthcare.
She went on to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical industry, most notably as Associate Director of Patient Support Programs at MorphoSys, where she launched and led the company’s first patient support contact center, managing a team of 35–40 professionals. At Novartis and beyond, she contributed to the commercialization of innovative therapies across multiple disease areas, including oncology and Multiple Sclerosis, driving both patient access and business growth.
Now, she’s bringing that leadership and operational expertise to Big Frog.
A DC native, Samantha is also a proud mom of two daughters and enjoys traveling, cooking, writing, film, and public speaking.
We’re excited to have her in the Big Frog family and look forward to her success in Clarksburg!
