Meet Marcello and Rosie Hunter

We’re excited to announce that Marcello and Rosie Hunter are the newest owners joining the Big Frog Custom T-Shirts & More family!
Marcello brings more than 30 years of experience in software product management, having led large-scale digital transformation initiatives with organizations including Cisco Systems, Capital One, and ETS. A graduate of Brigham Young University and London Business School, he also brings a global perspective with experience working internationally and speaking five languages.
Rosie has dedicated her career to education, community leadership, and volunteer service, serving as a substitute teacher and leading numerous youth and women's organizations within her community.
Together, Marcello and Rosie have called Northern Virginia home for nearly three decades with their family of four daughters, three sons-in-law, and three grandchildren. Their shared passion for community involvement, lifelong learning, and supporting local businesses makes them a wonderful addition to the Big Frog family.
