Degree Wellness is proud to announce that Lindsee Travis has been awarded the entire St. Louis market, with plans to develop six studios across the region. A proven entrepreneur with a track record of building and scaling successful businesses, Lindsee was a founding owner of CarShield in 2005, helping grow the company into a nationally recognized brand. She later expanded into franchising with The Goddard School, where she served as the on-site owner for eight and a half years.
During the early stages of her franchise journey, Lindsee received a diagnosis that required her to pause, prioritize her health, and lean on the team she had intentionally built. With resilience, trust, and steady leadership, she and her team continued to grow her location into a million-dollar operation. Her experience carries a meaningful parallel to Degree Wellness’s own founding story, rooted in a deeply personal cancer journey and the pursuit of healing and longevity. That shared perspective makes this partnership especially significant. After later successfully exiting the business, Lindsee continued her entrepreneurial path and today owns Best Teacher Supply, the last remaining teacher supply store in Missouri.
As a mother of three, Lindsee brings grit, leadership, and a deep commitment to community into everything she builds. Her passion for empowering others and creating meaningful impact makes her an exceptional fit for the Degree Wellness mission.
