76 Fence adds its newest Franchisee in East Ohio
76 Fence awards the East Ohio Regional Developer (RD) + 4 Primary Territories- this large placement led to a referral fee of over $161,000.
Dominic has a robust career as a regional accredited Podiatrist and lower-leg surgeon. While reaching profound heights as a doctor, he recognized early on that the path to true wealth was through business ownership. He decided he was ready to move on from the medical day-to-day and will use a GM to run his business from the beginning (trained by 76 Fence Corporate) while he transitions away.
The RD model allows for him to build his own 76 Fence business, in his case with 4 owned units (1.2 million population in his territories total), while also building the entire region of East Ohio. He acts as a coach and mentor for these future primary Franchisees, helping to expedite their onboarding as well as guide them through training and operating their business. With the role, he collects royalties from these Franchisees, almost like a miniature Franchisor. This adds a layer to the robust support system for 18+ territories and allows Dominic to operate 4 of his own Primary territories- 2 businesses in one! 76 Fence is thrilled to add Dominic to our family of amazing Franchisees!
