New channel vs. old channel revival
Yall I need your help to make a decision.
I have a YouTube channel that I had since 2017, it started as a tech channel.
But then I started my coaching business.
I keep my channel up to date.
1.83k subscribers, I know it’s not the key metric but just for the background.
Now, YouTube is the platform I’m struggling with for real for real.
Yes packaging (work in progress), messaging, titles, thumbnails, I’m doing that work.
However, my fear is that YouTube is confused who my channel is for.
I have a lot of people from tech following me who may not be even remotely interested in business.
I’m debating if I should start fresh with a new channel, for example, make a stand alone channel for my podcast.
What do I do with my old channel?
My assumption is that the platform is unclear who this is for.
