your job every month is to get better.
- This month maybe you closed 1 deal at 300K and earned 2%
- Next month 1 deal at 300 but got 2.25% commission
- Next month got 1 deal at 400K and 2.25%
- Month 4- 1 deal at 405 and 2.5%
- Month 5 1 deal at 450K at 2.5% = 11.25
- Month 6: 2 deal at 350K and 3% commission = 21K
- What would make you better here?
maybe it took you 100 conversations a month to get to those levels or it took 8 open houses a month to generare the leads or 40 hours of prospecting time
Let's say month 7 you reduced your time by 10% of prospecting and now you have more time to spend with family
Let's say month 8 you took 20% less time and increased price by 10%
Let's say you stick with the notion of "getting better" and don't leave TRIS and don't fall off even though we call andtext and send carrier pigeons and you stay on the path and month 18...
You did 3 deals at 750K per deal, 2.8% commission and did it in half the time as you are spending today to close 1 deal?
Wouldn't that be worth not giving up?
Because the problem with humans is their psychology. They think a few months of better makes them the winner and they won the game but the goals isn't to win the game, it is to always be getting better at the game, spending less time and getting more done. Spending less money and closing more. Getting referred into higher price points.
The game is to beat last month, time, financially, conversion, price etc.
If you won you already lost.
If you are a bystander watching others in the private community win and you are tired of losing, because you can't just kind of win... you either are winning or you are losing, comment TRIS below and we will send you an application.
