Start Here. Two quick steps
Welcome to the Anti-Sales Real Estate Dojo, where we teach you not to sell but how to build a process that connects with your prospects quickly. Now, if you’re tired of living on referrals, hoping the phone rings, or riding the commission roller coaster, you’re in the right place. Step 1 (30 seconds): Introduce yourself in the comment section below. Drop a comment with: • Your name and market • Years in the business • The one thing that’s not working right now Don’t overthink it. Don’t polish it. Regardless of what it is, let's go. Step 2: Watch this video. I explain what happens with the old school methods of sales and why you were "sold" a lie. The difference between the top realtors and the ones who struggle, was not the person it was the "process" If it changes how you’d answer Step 1, come back and reply to your own comment with what shifted. 🎥 TRIS Method video Then go start Foundations. It’s free has real lessons that you can use on your next call and appointment. The Dojo rules: • No promoting • Share losses, not just wins. Highlight reels help nobody. • Respect everyone. That’s it. Now go get into the trainings and the ask questions! — Vikram Deol $250,000,000 Sales Volume Founder of TRIS Sales Method Co-Founder BrainVaultAI.com
What covid lied about
Covid lied to you that business was easy and so did the flipping stupid real estate industry. Just show up and it'll be fine. It was just like Covid. Just sit around and get free money. That just isn't reality and it is what is silently killing agents across the USA. The truth about covid agents is that they got in when it was just so damn easy. But now it is hard. At dinner last night my friend, worth about 7 million bucks, owns 19 rentals, has a real estate leads company said, damn dude is it hard to sell a home right now to me? I said yea, tell me more. 90 days no offers lake home priced very well Still no offers. 8% price drop finally got him 1 offer and that was 8% lower than he wanted. 16% off and he was not aspirationally priced at all. Covid lied to us all about a lot of things and real estate and sales being easy was one of the biggest lies ever. So I am doing a F Covid Listing training in the next few days. If you want in, put a 1 below and I will send the details .
New to the group… but definitely not here to just watch from the sidelines.
I’m Jenny, i am excited to be here, connect with like-minded people, and most importantly, learn from those who have already been in the game and have the experience to prove it. I believe there’s always something new to learn in real estate, especially from people who have already made the mistakes, figured things out, and found what actually works. Looking forward to learning, contributing, and getting to know everyone along the way. What’s that lesson you’ve learned in real estate that you wish you knew when you were starting out?

Stop Losing Winnable Listings
Ever had that feeling mid appointment and you know...that they were going to not pick you. You know even worse that the listing was winnable. You knew that it was doable. You know that you have what it takes to win, but there is a moment that you know you lost the listing. And you don't know WHY! You think about it and you chalk it up to a seller who wasn't committed to selling or they gave them the price they wanted or a better commission structure, but those are all the silent lies killing sales. Join me Wednesday August 12 at 5:30 EST to deep dive on the real reasons you lose listings and how to solve those. https://lp.thetrismethod.com/homepage-page-1889-6522
