Take a few quiet breaths today and ask yourself: ✨ What thoughts have been repeating lately? ✨ Where am I feeling the most stress right now? ✨ What is one small way I can support my mental health today? You don’t have to fix everything today. Just notice. Awareness is the first step toward change.
