Turn One Lesson Into Five Posts
You do not need 365 completely different ideas to build authority in government contracting or business.
In fact, jumping from topic to topic only confuses your audience. True authority comes from depth—taking one core concept and teaching it from multiple angles so it finally clicks.
Take Capability Statements as an example. You can easily turn that single topic into five distinct, high-value posts:
  1. ❌ A Common Mistake: "Why putting generic stock photos on your capability statement is costing you contracts."
  2. 📝 A Step-by-Step Tutorial: "How to format your NAICS codes and UEI so a Contracting Officer can scan them in 5 seconds."
  3. 🔄 A Before-and-After Example: "How we transformed a messy 3-page resume into a crisp, 1-page capability statement."
  4. ✅ A Checklist: "The 6 non-negotiable items every capability statement must have before you send it to a Prime."
  5. 📖 A Personal Story or Opinion: "Why I stopped sending standard resumes and started sending capability statements instead."
That is five days of content from one single topic.
Repetition is not a problem—it’s a strategy. Your audience often needs to hear your core message in different ways before it turns into action.
