The waiver is effective September 16 through December 16, 2026, for qualifying interstate gasoline and diesel transportation. It includes a 16-driving-hour maximum in any 24-hour period, rest requirements, eligibility rules, a requirement to carry the waiver, and protection for a driver who needs immediate rest.
