The Best Time to Call a Lead w/ Mindset Coaching (?)
I noticed some of you provide mind oriented services, that can go deep and touch areas that can feel sensitive and personal. I'm wondering what did you find to be the best time to call your leads?
Here's the situation:
We run adds → people check the ad → leave the phone number → receive the video → I then call them with a goal to book a free strategy call.
During the first call I ask them for sensitive answers (problem, impact), and I often get an answer: "this is not the best time for personal questions, I'm at work". So far it seems that people would prefer to have these calls in evening 7pm, or early around 7am. It just seems to be way off what I'm used to from previous job.
