Hey sis!
You have probably spent time thinking about what you want to accomplish.
Maybe you want to:
💪🏾 Become stronger
🥗 Improve your nutrition
✨ Have more energy
🎓 Develop a new skill
💼 Advance your career
🙏🏾 Deepen your faith
✍🏾 Write the book
🌱 Begin your next chapter
But this week, I want us to move beyond the goal and ask a deeper question:
Who do I need to become to build the life I want?
During The Vitality Project Workshop, we explored the Energy Quadrant:
- MUST DO- What genuinely requires my attention?
- WE DO- What requires collaboration, help, or delegation?
- BECOMING- What develops the woman I am called to be?
- NOT NOW- What can wait, be declined, delegated, or removed?
Many high-performing women spend almost all their time in Must Do and We Do.
We handle our responsibilities.
We support our families.
We help our teams.
We solve the problems.
We make sure everyone else has what they need.
And then Becoming receives whatever time and energy happen to be left.
Sometimes, that means she receives nothing.
So here is our rule for the week:
🔥 Your future self must appear on the page—and on your calendar.
YOUR BECOMING EXERCISE
Take a few minutes to answer these questions:
- What am I currently trying to build or change in my life?
- Who do I need to become to create it?
- What habits, boundaries, or skills will she need?
- What am I currently carrying that could be delegated, shared, declined, or moved into Not Now?
- What is one action I can schedule this week that supports the woman I am becoming?
Your action does not have to be dramatic.
It might be:
- Scheduling three workouts
- Planning your lunches
- Taking a class
- Writing for 30 minutes
- Asking someone for help
- Protecting time for prayer
- Setting a boundary
- Going to bed earlier
- Making the appointment you keep postponing
Choose one action and put it on your calendar.
Because if your future self only exists in your thoughts, she will continue to be postponed.
But when she appears on your calendar, becoming moves from an idea to a practice.

Complete this sentence:
“The woman I am becoming is someone who ____________________.”
Then tell us one action you will take this week to support her.
We are not waiting for someday.
We are becoming her now. 💛
