Finally listened to this video! Apologies if this is a stupid question - do long levers come into this at all? Not claiming my bar path is perfectly vertical but I wondered if the solutions would be similar to what was discussedor more potentially more biased towards improving mobility of hips and ankles?
I'm a front squat versus back squat kind of gal, and find overhead squat verrrry difficult because of my forward tip (though my shoulder stability is not helping me here either).
