Shoulder Rehab vs Kipping Pullups
Happy New Year team! I hope 2026 is off to a great start for you all. If you want a deeper explanation for why traditional shoulder rehab is not very effective, I recently stumbled on this dissertation presentation I did going through: 🚩 Force differences of an external rotation vs kipping pullup 🚩 Muscle loading patterns compared between the two 🚩 A couple of case studies of people switching from old school physio to movement mechanics Let me know what you think and if you want more similar content, message me with topics 👊 https://www.skool.com/training-stimulus/classroom/e3029523?md=b55ea675ab35418ea7be865093d00ec3

Really interesting - was just chatting to Liam yesterday about one of my clients who struggles with overhead and horizontal abduction mobility. She also has poor FP and TVP stability and limited T spine mobility. The twist is that she's had a double mastectomy and is unsure how much of her pec muscles remain at all. Clearly scar tissue will likely also have an impact. Still hoping I can improve her situation though (she's a triathlete not a cross fitter though, so kipping is not a goal!) ☺️
Top 6 Tips for Mastering Pronation Drills (Plus a Bonus One)
Most people think they know how to train pronation… but they’re missing the subtle details that make it actually work. The truth? 👉 If you force it, you block the very mechanics you’re trying to build. 👉 If you shift weight the wrong way, you shut down the benefits completely. 👉 If you rush it, the whole drill becomes pointless. In this video, I’ll show you the 6 biggest mistakes I see even good coaches make, and the exact cues that flip pronation from a throwaway ankle drill into one of the most powerful movement mechanics in your toolbox. Once your clients feel it done properly, you'll be glad you watched 👊 https://www.skool.com/training-stimulus/classroom/c2a80755?md=ee1306e8f64547f1b12cca90c27ff2e9

Looking forward to listening!
Tipping squat / squat morning
Finally listened to this video! Apologies if this is a stupid question - do long levers come into this at all? Not claiming my bar path is perfectly vertical but I wondered if the solutions would be similar to what was discussedor more potentially more biased towards improving mobility of hips and ankles? I'm a front squat versus back squat kind of gal, and find overhead squat verrrry difficult because of my forward tip (though my shoulder stability is not helping me here either).
