One motion stone to shoulder
A great warm up for stone to shoulder work
You have to “row” the stone into the belly a lot harder (great to train without tacky) and explode through the hips very aggressively.
Also great as a back off set after the main work is done.
Can get a conditioning stimulus and some left/weaker side reps!
