Sorry I missed the zoom call today and forgot to post earlier about it. I'm in my 2nd busy hump each year. I'm in Winatchee Washington coaching for the weekend. This means Thursday calls may or may not happen for the next couple months. I'll try to keep you posted. Come oct/ Nov i should be present more regularly!
New Module: Rock Roll-Overs
Some of you have been asking for this one! Step 1 — Approach As you approach the feature, ride in a neutral ready position. Focus on: - Eyes looking to the exit. - Chin over the handlebars. - Hips over the bottom bracket. - Relaxed elbows and knees. - Light braking before the feature—not on it whenever possible. Think of your body as balanced and ready, not preparing to "survive" the obstacle. Step 2 — Let the Front Wheel Move... . 4 Keys to Clean Drops
If you have ever taken a drops class with me, you know there are a billion ways to teach and learn drops. My job is to try and let each rider develop their own natural take on drops. If you make it to the bottom and ride away, you did fine. But here are a few keys that I use personally to ride through small - medium sized drops. . Pro's Body leads the bike Dialed timing and articulated movements Gets wheels down fast Better traction and control upon landing . Con's If timed wrong or a movement is done incorrectly, riders can flip forward Should learn on small drops first

Plus one bonus!! - Get first at a championship race - Hit downhill trails without any brakes - Do big drops at high speeds - Mountain bike down a trail made of only rocks - Doing Urban mountain biking - Be able to do sick tricks that seem terrifying right now
