@Sean Gordon it's a pleasure to have you here brother. Looking forward to seeing you on this platform with our community of like minded riders. Please complete the onboarding tasks and use the checkmark in the upper right hand corner once you complete each module. From there, work through the other modules at your own pace. I'll be adding more.

@Jeff Davis blue line is narly for sure. Its a big skill gap from green plus to blue. This line can be disected and attacked with precision. For example, the wallride gets easier after we work on the berm in front of it (high line, compress through apex. maximize outside foot pressure, pump the roller after). The jump after the wallride gets easier when we get better at the wallride. The third jump after the wallride gets easier with landing precision, and pressure control (pumping) on the first two jumps. Everyone skips the hip jump (Dustinys Child) Finally the dirt step up that guides you back to green plus is a test jump for the first woody on blue. You can test your height and distance in a more safe manner to calculate if you feel like you have what it takes to start on the wood jumps. . That first wood jump will be the scariest part of the blue line. And guess what,,, the rest of the line ain't any easier! So it's like we start another journey once we get that far. . The mental is rough, but this is why I like learning this line one dang feature at a time. Always remember, another lap is free. So advance slowly. No pressure, no rush.

@Sean Gordon kind of hard to explain, but really fun to work on. Let's get a session soon at the skatepark and just mess around with hip jump ideas. Here is my favorite video on the topic: Learning How To Jump Basics with 2 PRO Mountain Bikers
Drop Progression System
Drops are one of the most rewarding skills in mountain biking—but also one of the most misunderstood. This course connects many of the most important movements in riding: • Bunnyhops • Manuals • Timing • Pressure control • Jumping• Most riders struggle with drops because they: • Pull way too hard • Get pulled forward by the bike • Freeze at the edge The goal of this course is to replace fear and guessing with understanding and control. Read more on this module in the "Curriculum" classroom.
