What to do with AI reviews?
In the last few weeks, I received two reviews on Google, that were clearly written using AI. Both reviews were very positive, which is nice, but it feels strange that someone would use AI to write about their experience.
What concerns me most is the possibility that future readers might realize the AI generated tone and assume we were the ones who created the reviews ourselves, even though that’s not true. Any thoughts on this?
