Great question! Depending on your fitness level, you can start with no weights and no resistant bands. All the workouts can be done with weights or no weights, resistance, bands, or no resistance bands. You can quite literally work your way up and into each fitness level, depending on how much you press in. If you are more than a beginner, I would recommend having weights between 5 to 15 pounds. And pick yourself up some resistance bands as well. Long resistance bands as well as the short ones. I will put a picture in the comments below.
