Has anyone had success in service offerings?
I've been doing a lot of work with GA and GTM, and want to offer GA and GTM services (setups, migrations, etc).
However, I'm unsure of how to structure the offer. Should I:
- Focus on setup/implementation, since it pays the most, but these are one-time engagements
- Offer running/managing GA and GTM for businesses (though for a much lower monthly fee than setting it up.
I know the big difference is needing a constant pipeline, due to the nature of the engagements.
