Live Game Dev Meeting
Hey Yall! Im feeling a bit under the weather today, so i'm cancelling tonights live meeting, but if if you were able to make any process on your Godot tutorial I would love to hear about it! Ill do my best to be there next week!
Since our last meeting I've been thinking about how to structure these lives meetings, and I've got a few options if you are interested in any of them please just comment with which ones would be interesting to you. Thank you!
Option 1: Co-working + Shareout
  • Work on your own project silently for 45 minutes
  • Last 15 minutes: quick shareout of what you worked on
  • Low pressure, just accountability and community
Option 2: Problem-Solving Session
  • Bring specific issues you're stuck on
  • Group troubleshoots together
  • Collaborative learning instead of structured teaching
Option 3: Rotating Show & Tell
  • Each week one person demos something they learned/built
  • Others ask questions and discuss
  • Takes turns, so not always on one person to lead
Option 4: Office Hours Style
  • I'll be online working on my own game
  • Drop in if you want company or have questions
  • Casual, no structured agenda
Option 5: Something Else
  • Share your own idea!
