I Built a 2-Minute Tinnitus Assessment, Try It Here
Not sure what to focus on next with your tinnitus? 🎯 I just created a short 2-minute tinnitus assessment to help you understand where you are in your relief and habituation process, and what your next steps may be. It looks at how tinnitus is affecting things like sleep, focus, communication, productivity, peace of mind, and daily life, then gives you a personalized recommendation based on your answers. If you’ve been quiet in the community, feeling stuck, or not sure what to work on next, this is a simple way to get some direction again. 🧭 Take the assessment here: https://yourtinnitusguy.com/tinnitus-assessment/ After you finish, comment below and let me know if the result felt accurate. Your feedback will help me improve it before I connect it to the advanced tinnitus relief and habituation course I’m building. 🙏 Yours truly, Guy.
What's the main tool or method you using to cope with your tinnitus?
I'm doing some research so I can offer you all more great content and services. Would really appreciate your vote AND comments. 🙏😁💙

Focused on creating an advanced course for you all...
Hey all, Just wanted to quickly share that, as some of you know, I’ve been working on this project for a while, and the truth is… if I don’t put my head down and really commit to it, it’ll never get done. 😬 So I’m making a conscious effort to dedicate more time to this project. My goal is to first finish the questionnaire portion that will help you clearly identify your habituation stage, so you can focus on the right techniques and tools for your specific challenges. After that, I'll complete the mission sections of the course, then finally released it to this community. 👌 One side effect, though, is that it’s getting a little harder for me to catch all the great posts and comments you all are making. So if I missed your post or didn’t respond to your comment, please feel free to tag me on it. That will help me notice it and get back to you faster. Sorry about that, and thank you for your patience. I’m really trying to move this project forward because I truly believe many of you will benefit from it. Yours, Guy. PS - @Elena Thompson, please help me cover all posts/comments, answer questions, or tag me where needed so I see it faster. Thanks in advance!! 🙏💙
There’s a NEW way to find tinnitus relief
Most people try masking the sound, taking supplements, or desperately searching for a cure. The problem with this is that you’re treating tinnitus like an enemy to defeat, instead of something your brain needs to learn to filter out. The new way is the Tinnitus Reset & Habituation Method. What makes it different is that you are not chasing temporary relief. You are training your brain to become indifferent to the sound, which is what leads to lasting relief. That is how I habituated my own severe tinnitus, and how I’ve helped many others do the same. This is especially important if tinnitus is affecting your focus, your sleep, your work, business, or your ability to function like yourself again. Want to know more? Comment NEW and I’ll personally reach out. 👍👌
