Hey, so as things occur to you throughout the course of the day I want you to take a quick video and share. I don’t care what it looks like. We are not called to perfection but working on being better. If we don’t take the time to reflect on who we are BEING or BECOMING we can become something we don’t want. How do you reflect? What are your thoughts?

Are you living on assignment with purpose?

Most people don’t like to have tough conversations. In fact, they run from it. They go in the opposite direction and avoid it. Men…we can’t do that. We must stand in love, truth, and conviction without wavering to do the right thing and bring to light accountability at the appropriate times. I recently had to have a very tough conversation with someone I respected because they were choosing to ignore the truth and not do the right thing— because it was hard. Because it was uncomfortable…well, that meant I had to do the uncomfortable thing and stand firm. It’s all about delivery and speaking from the heart and not from emotion. What’s a recent time that you had to stand firm and be strong?
