Show the data Show High Days on Market Homes Are Overpriced: - Use SmartValue AI to analyze active listings that have been on the market for over 60 days. - Identify homes where SmartValue AI estimates the value to be lower than the list price. - "These homes have been on the market for an extended period because they are overpriced. Buyers perceive them as poor value, which is why they haven't sold."
