I’ve been on a health journey for the past few years and stay pretty active. As I started navigating perimenopause, my weight only kept climbing, no matter what, or how much I did.
Since starting with Morgana, I’m down 9.1 lbs and have learned so much about hormones, cortisol, and fueling my body in a way that supports this stage of life. I’m excited to keep building on what I’ve learned and continue implementing these strategies long term. Looking forward to the journey with all of you!
