I wanted to take this opportunity for you to reflect on how this past week was for you health wise and respond in the poll below so that way I can gage where you're at and help you better. ______________________________________________________________________________________________ The challenge for this upcoming week is something I would love for all of us to participate in and do together: 1. Go through 1 module daily in the course you are enrolled in. 2. Start your morning with warm lemon water and a bulletproof coffee/tea 3. Prioritize hitting your protein goals and getting good quality healthy fats on every plate (ex: ghee, organic grass-fed butter, fatty fish, extra virgin olive oil, nuts & seeds, coconut oil, etc). 4. Schedule 1-2 workouts based on your customized movement plans. (If you're in the free program, checkout my "Elevate in 10" workout series and try a workout or two from there)! _______________________________________________________________________________________________ We want to ideally build the consistency behind these habits and your learning so that you can absorb all of the information in the courses and apply that information into your daily life. As we learned in the 30-Day Transformation, starting off with warm lemon water (use 1/2 a lemon), is a great way to provide gentle liver support first thing in the morning and rehydrate. And the bulletproof coffee or tea (see 30-day transformation for recipe and links to products) stabilizes your blood sugar for the rest of the day, reduces cravings, puts you in fat-burning mode and helps your body build hormones. I also highly stress protein with a good ratio of quality fats with all of my clients. This is imperative as protein keeps us full the longest and supports your muscle mass to boost your metabolism and prevent muscle and bone density decline. Furthermore, most women fall victim to "low-fat diets"- a health-wide scam funded by sugar companies to villainize fats- which can be detrimental to your hormone health as they are required for the body to build hormones.
