I came up with a crazy idea of quitting coffee this week! Honestly - I think I feel the pressure to join the cacao & matcha hype. Today is day 3 and - honestly I thought my head was going to pop! So at mid day, I decided to have half a shot - WILD I KNOW! Pre mum life - I never drank coffee, so its honestly been a shock with how much withdrawal I have felt (Not sure what I expected after 5 years! lol)!!! Anyway, I've been drinking my coffee black for sometime - So to save myself crazy headaches and to not to succumb to pressure of what I 'should' do, I am going to start by lowering my amount! Anyway - There is a short story you didn't ask for! Anyone quit or cut down on their coffee intake or is your coffee your favourite part of the day?
