Coffee... Love or avoid?
I came up with a crazy idea of quitting coffee this week! Honestly - I think I feel the pressure to join the cacao & matcha hype. Today is day 3 and - honestly I thought my head was going to pop! So at mid day, I decided to have half a shot - WILD I KNOW! Pre mum life - I never drank coffee, so its honestly been a shock with how much withdrawal I have felt (Not sure what I expected after 5 years! lol)!!! Anyway, I've been drinking my coffee black for sometime - So to save myself crazy headaches and to not to succumb to pressure of what I 'should' do, I am going to start by lowering my amount! Anyway - There is a short story you didn't ask for! Anyone quit or cut down on their coffee intake or is your coffee your favourite part of the day?

Lets talk clothes!!
Since being low-tox and holistic, I have started taking note in what materials I am wearing & buying!! I try to stick to natural fibres as much as I can especially if I am buying something! This made minimalising my wardrobe so much easier and definitely helps me make more mindful purchases! Anyone else become more aware of this?
DIY Fabric Spray
Use for: bedding, curtains, caravan fabric, or clothes You’ll need: ½ cup witch hazel or vodka ½ cup filtered water 10 drops lavender 5 drops peppermint or orange oil Add to a spray bottle and shake gently before each use.

All the feelings..
Hey everyone, Its been over 2 weeks. I have been wanting to be more present in this group but the big pack and move from the house to the van took a lot of energy and space. It has been an interesting learning curve actually. Allowing myself to focus on one thing at a time without holding onto guilt. Actually, over the past few weeks I have naturally focused and become aware of other parts of my personality and who I am which has been pretty cool. Life feels slower, and I am finding lots of peace in being present in the moments. Anyway, I am looking forward to spending some more time in here! Has anyone been up to anything cool? So many fresh scents and clean products actually do the opposite for our health. Did you know that indoor air is often 2–5x more polluted than outdoor air because of synthetic fragrances and VOCs? Start by switching: - Air fresheners → Diffuse essential oils - Fabric softener → White vinegar + wool dryer balls - Surface sprays → Castile soap + essential oils (This is one of many recipes but this is super simple!)
