Quiet Time and Focus
You'll see from todays post in the daily check ins that my mind is being mean to me today and I need to overcome it. My mind today is telling me that my improvements over the past couple of weeks aren't real.
I know they are. I can feel it, other people see it.
After this post I am taking 20 minutes to just think 💬 and reflect. Use my affirmations to confirm that I am getting better every day in every way. I know what I am doing is working.
If you're struggling, be kind to yourself. Write out your negative thoughts on a piece of paper, then put a bit X through the list or crumple it up.. then fill your mind with positive, self growth thoughts.
