Hi! Welcome to The Club! I created this to begin my journey of training and coaching Marketers, Sales Professionals, Entrepreneurs, Business Owners and Realtors on getting up to speed on the AI Tools for Marketing and Social Media Marketing. I have been learning and practicing what I will be training over the last 3 years. I belong to multiple other Clubs/Networks on this topic all Paid: Secret AI Society, AIM with Jason Pantana, Botbuilders with Matt Leitz, to name a few. There is no way to explain ahead of time what it is like to be a Realtor. It is truly surreal! You have to be super good at so many skills that are considered opposites in other careers. You have to be really good at Marketing, Sales and then Attention to Details of Inspections of Houses and Contracts (Opposite Qualities). I have created a Realtor Readiness and Mindset Quiz to help me share with you what I feel it takes to be successful as a Realtor. It also includes questions around being a Specialized Urban Realtor.
