My husband started an affiliate site. He started out first by learning SEO in the Super Star Academy. He then built a site using SEO to get his webpage seen by others and sold affiliate products that way.
I also was working for a small start up company about a year ago that sold door hangers and yard signs to small businesses. The founding owner of the company got his start by first coming up with a plan and then cold calling businesses. He then went to business fairs to meet other business owners and share his business.
