Welcome to THE ZONE! I am so glad you're here. I'll be teaching you the same zone training I share with professional NBA, NFL, WNBA, MLB, & MLS Athletes and Coaches. Here's how to use this membership. Use the mp3s in pre-recorded zone training to work on the four main steps of zone training. Look at the Vault in the classroom for some great hands on quick techniques to shift your state immediately. Please feel free to introduce yourself in a reply to this post below (in the comments) Super short intros preferred. Don't know what to say? Simply name your top movie or favorite sport. We keep it simple around here. People are busy.
The Zone
The Zone is when you're in a low alpha/high theta state. Not quite a meditative state but similar. In the zone, the pre-frontal cortex slows activity. This is partly why we feel suspended in time and stop overthinking.

Map of Consciousness
Check out the chart. This is from the book Power versus Force by Dr. David Hawkins. It's in the top three of my favorite books list. The higher up you find yourself - the easier it is to get into the zone and the easier it is to heal. If you're low on the chart - healing is harder - you won’t hit flow as easily and you may feel challenges and opportunities come more slowly. Use breathwork, mediations and/or the techniques in the vault (in the classroom) to raise your frequency.
