One year franchise owner here (Hub's and wife duo)

Hey everyone! New to this group, but certainly not new to the best Franchise Consultant EVER and all around inspiring leader! KIM, thank you so much for this! Gina and I are doing "OK" in our franchise business, we just celebrated our 1-yr anniversary, could be better, too many ups and downs... Gina is "Mrs Positive/sunshine and rainbows" and I'm well.... as someone said on another post "catastrophising", worrying about "what might happen" versus - doing! We look forward to learning and letting iron sharpen iron.
