Wash coat recommend on a porous slab. (Not sure if others do this. But I learned it from Bostik’s Academy.) I will then do two coats. Subfloor cut into 4x4 with cross cut kerfs at 3/8inch. Installing Sunday. 1800+ Sft of Monarch plank.
