It was an amazing and successful day with Steve Phillips and David Daniels teaching and certifying the very talented INSTALL flooring instructors of the Carpenters Union in Edison, New Jersey, on the use of the Tramex Meters, the Five-Point Concrete Moisture Test, and the Time-of-Install Three-Point Test.
