Most clients choose the middle option, but presenting three levels makes your standard pricing seem reasonable and gives upgrade opportunities.
Like when buying an iPhone, you have options. Not just one iPhone. Same with your quotes.
Remember an estimate is just that, an estimate based on preliminary facts.
After you have the info and do a thorough a job site visit, you can then prepare a proper “quote” or provide a proper “proposal”
