🚀Monday growth tips with a twist🚀 let’s focus on our everyday lives this week!💪
Growth in business means nothing if you’re not growing as a person too. The strongest community builders work on themselves first. Here are two simple habits that will level up your life this week: 1️⃣ Do One Hard Thing Before 10AM Your brain builds confidence through evidence. When you do something difficult early in the day, your brain logs a win and the rest of the day feels easier. Examples: • Cold shower • 20 minute walk • Clean your workspace • Send the message you’ve been avoiding • Work on your community for 30 minutes Win the first battle of the day and the rest of the war becomes easier. 2️⃣ Replace 30 Minutes of Scrolling with Learning Most people consume content. Builders convert content into knowledge. Take 30 minutes today and swap social media scrolling for something that upgrades your brain. Examples: • Watch a YouTube video about a skill you want • Read 10 pages of a book • Learn something new about AI or marketing • Study another successful community 30 minutes a day = 182 hours of learning per year.
